Our shop offers both digital products and made-to-order physical products. Shipping rules are different depending on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products
Digital products include items such as ebooks, guides, planners, printables, downloadable PDFs, and other digital resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
After purchase, you should receive access to your digital product through your order confirmation page and/or by email.

Physical Products
Physical products include made-to-order items such as:
- t-shirts
- sweatshirts
- hoodies
- mugs
- tote bags
- and other print-on-demand products
These products are created only after an order is placed. This means your item must first be produced before it is shipped.
Our physical products may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners, including Printify and its print providers.
Most Printify orders are generally shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted for production, although production time can vary depending on the product, provider, season, stock availability, and order size.
Where We Ship Physical Products
At this time, our physical print-on-demand products are mainly available for shipping to:
United States
If your country is not available at checkout for a physical product, this means we currently do not ship that physical item to your location.
Digital products do not require shipping and may be available internationally, depending on checkout availability and applicable laws.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping costs may vary depending on:
- product type
- product quantity
- shipping destination
- print provider
- shipping method
- package weight and size
Printify shipping costs vary by print provider and product, and Printify provides shipping rate tables by provider and destination.
Please review your shipping cost carefully before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times include two stages:
Production time + shipping/transit time
Estimated production time is usually:
2–7 business days
Estimated shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method.
For United States domestic shipping, Printify’s standard shipping is commonly listed as approximately 2–5 business days for many print providers after dispatch, while international shipping can take longer.
Please remember that these are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping may take longer during:
- holidays
- busy shopping seasons
- severe weather
- carrier delays
- customs processing
- product stock issues
- incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Order Processing Time
After you place an order, we review and process it.
Because our physical products are made to order, an order may not be cancellable once it has entered production.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including:

- size
- color
- quantity

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered production.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, missing information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply if the order can be resent.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you may receive a tracking link by email after your order has shipped.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the label is created.
In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed by the shipping carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information.
If tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check:

- porch or front door
- parcel locker
- building reception
- neighbors
- local post office or carrier pickup point

We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will review the situation and do our best to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within:
30 days of delivery
Please include:
- your order number
- a clear description of the issue
- clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- photos of the packaging if the package was damaged
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
At this time, our physical products are mainly intended for shipping within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers outside the shipping origin country may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other local fees.
Customs fees are taxes or duties applied when goods are shipped across borders, and these fees can vary by destination country.
PetSweetJoy is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs.
Separate Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may arrive separately.
This can happen because products may be fulfilled by different print providers, produced at different times, or shipped from different locations.
You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
Digital and Physical Products in the Same Order
If your order contains both a digital product and a physical product:
- the digital product will be delivered electronically
- the physical product will be produced and shipped separately
- shipping fees apply only to physical products
