Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Because our shop offers both digital products and made-to-order print-on-demand products, different refund and return rules apply depending on the type of product purchased.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Digital Products
Digital products include items such as ebooks, guides, planners, printable files, downloadable PDFs, or other digital resources.
Because digital products are delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned.
Refunds for digital products
Digital products are generally non-refundable once the download or access has been delivered, unless:
- you received the wrong file,
- the file is corrupted or cannot be opened,
- there is a technical issue that prevents access to the product,
- or we are legally required to provide a refund.
If you have trouble downloading or opening your digital product, please contact us at contact@petsweetjoy.com and we will do our best to help.
Download access
Please download and save your files after purchase. If your download link expires or you cannot access your file, contact us and include your order number.
Made-to-Order POD Products
Some products in our shop, such as t-shirts, mugs, tote bags, sweatshirts, hoodies, or similar items, are made to order.
This means the product is created especially after your order is placed. We do not keep these items in stock.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- choosing the wrong size,
- choosing the wrong color,
- entering the wrong shipping address,
- changing your mind,
- ordering the wrong item by mistake,
- or no longer wanting the product after it has been made.
Please check all product details carefully before placing your order.
This includes:
- size,
- color,
- product type,
- quantity,
- shipping address,
- and any other order details.
Size and Color Responsibility
Please check the size chart before ordering apparel.
Since each item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the size does not fit as expected.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, monitor brightness, or device display. Small color differences are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within:
30 days of delivery
Please include:
- your order number,
- a clear description of the problem,
- clear photos showing the issue,
- photos of the packaging if the package was damaged.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.
Printify’s own support policy offers a free reprint or refund for damaged products or manufacturing errors when the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Wrong Address or Delivery Problems
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of:
- incorrect address details,
- missing apartment/unit numbers,
- wrong postal codes,
- wrong country selection,
- customer refusal of delivery,
- unclaimed packages,
- or failure to collect a package from the carrier.
If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the product can be resent.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake after ordering. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has entered production or shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, our made-to-order physical products may only be available for shipping to selected countries.
Currently, our physical POD products are mainly intended for customers in:
United States
Digital products may be available internationally, depending on checkout availability and applicable laws.
If your country is not available at checkout for a physical product, this means we currently do not ship that physical item to your location.
Please note that digital products do not require physical shipping.

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you did not receive it, please first check:
- your mailbox,
- front door or porch area,
- parcel locker,
- building reception,
- neighbors,
- local post office or carrier location.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will review the situation.
We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to help where possible.
Order Cancellations
Because made-to-order products can enter production quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it.
If the order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel or refund it.
Returns
Because our POD products are made to order, we do not accept general returns.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
If a return is required for a specific issue, we will provide instructions by email.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
